Svayam Sankalp Tap - Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Svayam Sankalp Tap account. Svayam Sankalp Tap is a product of BNS Data.

From the app

1. Open Svayam Sankalp Tap on your phone and sign in.
2. On the home screen, tap the menu (three dots) at the top right.
3. Choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

The account is deleted straight away, and the app signs out on that phone and clears your watch.

Without the app

Email privacy@svayam.yoga from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Sankalp Tap account". We may ask you to confirm from that address first, so that nobody else can delete your account. We complete these requests within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, name and password.
• Every sankalp, with its mantra, notes, targets, schedule and reminders.
• Every counted sitting and all progress history.
• The phones and watches signed in to the account.
• The link to Svayam Yoga or Svayam Bhavishya, if a sankalp came from there.

What is kept

Nothing from the account. A record that a deletion email was received may be kept for as long as needed to show the request was completed. Deletion cannot be undone.

Your Svayam Yoga, Svayam Fit or Svayam Bhavishya account is separate and is not deleted by this. To delete those, see this page. For anything else, see the Sankalp Tap privacy policy.
