Svayam Range

Flexibility assessment

Nine guided movements in front of your camera, measured rather than guessed. You get a reading for each area of your body, and your practice is pitched at what your body can actually do today.

Markerless Monocular Mobility Assessment and Exercise Readiness System. Patent pending. Patent Notice

Nine movements, about six minutes

A seated forward fold, a standing forward fold, an overhead reach, a supported squat, a standing hip extension, a squat facing the camera, a seated twist, a standing side bend and a single-leg balance. You are shown how to stand and when to hold, and you go only as far as is comfortable.

Measured on your device, not uploaded

Joint angles are computed in your browser while you move. No video is recorded and no body-tracking data leaves your device - only the handful of resulting measurements is saved.

A reading per area, and the movement behind it

Hips, spine, hamstrings, shoulders, knees, ankles and balance each get their own reading, and each one names the movement and value that decided it, so you can see why rather than take a label on trust.

It says what it could not see

Three movements need floor space, and skipping them leaves areas unmeasured. Those are shown as not measured rather than quietly treated as a limitation - and a movement you stop because it was uncomfortable is recorded as exactly that.

Poses that suit you today

Where a pose asks for more range than you have, you are told before you attempt it, with a modification to use instead or a note to work with a teacher. Nothing is withheld on the basis of a measurement that was never taken.

Drills for the movement, not the body part

Where an area comes back short, you are offered a few short practices chosen for the specific movement that was measured - a restricted ankle gets ankle work that matches, not a generic leg stretch. Each one says which measurement it is for.

Re-check any time

Repeat the whole check or just the movements you want. Earlier readings are kept, so change over weeks is visible instead of remembered.
