Steadier on one leg
Standing on one leg asks the feet, ankles and hips to work together. These poses start with both feet down and progress to balancing on one, with a hand on the wall whenever you want it.
How to use this
- Practise near a wall or the back of a chair so you can touch it at any time.
- Work both sides, and expect one side to feel steadier than the other.
